Did not feel pressured to make purchase.
Bought a new mattress from mattress warehouse on labor day. Was told you have 90 days to try it out. Slept on it one night and knew that was the wrong mattress. Went back the following week to exchange it and was told you had to sleep on it 30 days. O.K. so I waited my 30 days. They didn't act very friendly but did the paperwork for exchange. Called me on the phone and said I had to pay $60 more plus $99. delivery charge. I told them I didn't think I should have to pay $60 for the exact price mattress so they did remove that charge but said I had to pay the $99 delivery. I offered to bring the mattress back and pick up the new one but was told I couldn't do that. Then I said I wanted a refund and was told you couldn't get one. Nobody told me if you didn't like the mattress you had to pay a $99 fee. If I would have known that, I wouldn't have bought from them. Expect to pay at least $99 more if you don't like your mattress. That's how they get you!!!!!!!
She was patient and made this a pleasant experience. We haven't been slept this good in years. Thanks again Robin!
We took the box spring back out there with plastic still on it they said all sales final (did not tell us this when we bought it) the girl said she would check with the manager and no one ever called us back. Poor customer service!!!!!!!
Very helpful with providing information about product features and comparisons. Very reasonable pricing. Beat all other local mattress prices for the same product. Delivered during the scheduled time period.

Do not go here. We bought a BOX SPRING here took it home could not get it up the stairs to the second floor tried to call the store several times they never answer their phone.
