Hotel looked like new to me. Room was clean and spacious. Like the sitting area with a big sofa in the room. Like the soap dispensers too in bathroom. Good complimentary breakfast with 2 hot items. Several restaurants within steps away. I take 1 star off mainly because of the LOUD air conditioner.
I'd have to say if you have a room with a view out of the front of the hotel from any room, you have an unobstructed view of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.
I really enjoyed my stay at this BW. Staff was friendly and inviting to be around. We had a few minor issues with the room but when we told the front desk they had a maintenance crew immediately to tend to it. I will be back in that area soon and will be staying again at this hotel. I highly recommend them. Pleasant area, good location, convenient shops and eating areas. Again I can't say enough about the staff I thought they were pleasant to be around.
Quality of this hotel in the area is among the top 2 or 3.
Beautiful morning sunrises and sometimes a beautiful view of the mountains when they are set in fog or snow capped.
We looked for a hotel that would accommodate our 70 # dog, finally found the Best Western Plus. The experience was outstanding.
The Souths
The room was clean, no previous dog odors and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was available the next morning. Thanks Best Western. We will return.
Absolutely amazing...! We have only been married 9 months and our first stay was in a Best Western for our Honeymoon for a gift. We loved it so much we booked an extra day, and now each time we travel or have mini vacations we always book with Best Western... Thank you for adding to our wonderful memories.
