Staff are great, along with the prices! And the deals are so good I've been back to their store probably half a dozen times! It can't get any better!
We paid 200.00 for delivery, the GM refused to give us good service. Worst delivery I had experiened. The mover guy was too fat and out of shape, to move furniture. They did not like taking the furniture up the stairs. They wanted to hoit the furniture up to the 2nd level. Will NEVER shop at this store again.

I love this place! The employees are very helpful, and not pushy. I had to buy furniture for a new place, and Keisha helped me out tremendously. Great prices, for great furniture! They also helped me get my furniture on the truck. Love this store!

Went back a week later and bought an entertainment center, and coffee table. Keisha was able to locate two matching end tables at the store in Roanoke and arranged for them to be shipped to me. Not to mention all at a great price!
Stopped in to look at sofas and met the store manager, Keisha. She made a great price on the sofa and matching love seat and chair.
