Nice people that run it
The price is high. I was misquoted prior to moving in for the monthly fee. I get a different price every month when I go to pay my bill and there is always a dispute. I was given a special price for 2 months because of mistakes and there are no notes in the computer so if different staff is there, I also have an argument to get things settled. I would love to be able to speak with someone about these issues other than the manager at the location but even if you call the information number they will only refer you to that particular office. I know there is someone over this office and if by chance you read this, I would like to be contacted. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I don't plan on having my stuff there much longer. I saw another message that there was a response from the "Owner" and it just said to bring issues to your attention as soon as possible. How do I bring it to your attention other than talking to someone in the office that I'm currently having issues with?
Usually fast and friendly service
The people that work there are very nice I give them 5 stars. As for the unit itself they are nice units BUT I think they need work. The walls on the inside do not go up to the ceiling and we had some of our property damaged and stolen because someone was climbing over the tops of the walls on the inside and going into other people's units. Please be cautious as to what you store. 2 of the items we had stolen were very expensive electric guitars. Other than that problem we had a great experience with the unit itself.
Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. I did not have any trouble with rodents or bugs getting into my things, and I always felt like the complex was well-monitored. Jacinda was always welcoming and helpful if I had a question.
