The theater is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The owner's post on Facebook for updates and special screenings is great! I'm ecstatic Zeus was opened and love going here. I thing the new choose your own seat feature is a great addition!
I just called the theater to let them know that the two people in our party of three who ate the popcorn ended up sick. No empathy , in fact informed me that there was no way their popcorn could have made us sick. The person who answered the phone actually changed what I said when she spoke to the manager. I could hear everything. Both the person who answered the phone and the manager acted like I was a bother and an idiot. Not good customer service/relations at all.
Went to see "let there be light". If you get the opportunity, go see it. An awesome movie. I am happy that Zeus offers this type of movie.
Love this theatre! Has modern movie convenience, with classic style, even a proper arcade. And the addition of specific seat tickets makes this place my hands down favorite for big opening night shows! The staff is great, the owner is always rev'd up and happy to see you. All in all, it's a great way to relax and enjoy a good flick!
Have not been to movies in a while, so was surprised that I had to choose seats and they charged an fee for assigned seats. What's up with that? Then you had to use a kiosk to claim your ticket, so more money for no human interaction. Then the popcorn made my son and me sick. He threw up most of the night, and I am still nauseated 11 hours later. Overall $60 should not leave you puking your guts out half the night. Not sure we will go back. Not worth the money.
Good theater. Clean. Friendly staff. The seats and screen were great. My one issue was with the sound. It was really quiet for a movie theater and so it was not a very immersive experience and felt a bit like watching a movie at home but with a much bigger screen. Other than the sound system it was a good experience.
