I have lived in many states but only in Virginia does the state control the sale of alcoholic beverages. I find this practice very strange. They have a variety of selections to choose from but the government aspect does lend to laid back experience.

I went here thinking the whole alphabet would be available to me. With the name ABC I just naturally assumed that they had EFG HIJK and all the rest of the letters to like A to Z. Well boy was I wrong, the sign had it exactly right, they had A's and they had B's and C's but that is it! It's is the ABC Store. Don't get your hopes up thinking you're going to be able to get anything else like LMNO or PQRST, you're only going to get A's and B's and C's!
