This is the WORST jewelry store in this area. Do not go here. I just had a watch that was sent off for 3 weeks to get "repaired" on their wishy warranty my husband purchased. The watch came back and is STILL NOT FIXED!!!!! The woman on the phone told me to just bring it back and they will send it off again! Agh! I don't understand the purpose of purchasing a warranty if it doesn't fix the issue. Why should I waste my time and energy taking this piece of junk watch back to LEMON'S JEWELRY if they aren't going to take care of the issue anyway?!! The customer service stinks and the people here are NOT helpful nor friendly.
Fitting name, bought a bracelet from them and it broke. Took it in for repair and they want to charge $10.00. Extremely unethical as well, be assured if one or f their accounts passes they will know being the daily obituaries is monitored. One star is five too many.
