It hit or miss with a dr that ACTUALLY knows what they are doing had thrush and was given steroids when needed antibiotics one time and other was given what i had go threw there staff is great just wish this place had dr who care
The front staff, Christina, was SO welcoming and helpful however; the nurses, whom didn't even introduce themselves were incredibly judgemental. I let the overwhelming feeling of not being welcomed slide until I continued to hear the nurses outside my door talking about rear ends, a direct quote, "OMG did you see her butt!?" They then followed up with a very loud YouTube video that also was regarding "butts".
Great experience. I went in for allergy and asthma relief. No sooner did I sit down when I got called in the back. After talking with the nurse the doctor was in my room within 10 minutes. They talked to me about cheaper prescription options since I don't have insurance. The whole visit took only about 1 hour. The staff was very friendly as well. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because they said that they would bill me for my visit so I don't know yet how expensive it will be.
The doctor was nice and knowledgeable the wait was insane after I got called back. The nurses were at the desk across from the room I wait sitting in talking about all the patients because we were a burden because they closed at 7 mind you it was 6:20 at the time. Were trying to turn people away with a 1 hour wait time and the whole 40 plus minutes all you heard was the complaining that they close at 7 and people keep coming and they wanted to go home. Then talking with one another about the patients issues and how not serious certain ones were and that it was an inconvenience. I heard them talking about me myself and I was going to give them a piece of my mind but after being there 2 hours I just wanted to go home. Went to exit and the lady chased me down because she didn’t want me to exit normally she wanted me to go out the back and was very rude. All over the a horrible experience!!
I understand that this may be humorous to many people, probably including myself if I haven't felt ill-hints the reason for my visit, but professionalism at the work place, a health care clinic for example, should be something displayed by all... not just the receptionist.
My experience could not have been better. From the time I walked in until I left, I felt that I was treated very professionally. My physical condition was very thoroughly diagnosed and treated.
