Beautiful flowers but C & C failed to deliver the flowers at the time I had designated. I asked for the flowers to be delivered after 2 pm to be a surprise. The flowers were delivered in the morning. I wish C&C would have payed attention to the detailed instructions. They charged me for delivery. Why couldn’t C & C follow through on my instructions? Disappointing... I guess I should have called them to make certain.
2/15/2014 A 5 star experience. A phone call is all it takes! My 1PM call from out-of-state was answered promptly and the person on the other end was very polite. I asked if my order could still be delivered that day, one day ahead of Valentines day and a Major snow storm. She said "Yes", and indeed it was delivered before 4PM. A beautiful dozen roses in a vase for my out-of-town bride. These people made the day for me. Try them. You'll be impressed, too.

I phoned in an order for a birthday bouquet to be delivered to my aunt. It took less than five minutes to give them the information for billing and delivery and the woman that I talked to was very sweet. I didn't specify the types of flowers to be used and just asked for something cheery, fresh, and in the $35-40 range (let the professionals do what they do best). The bouquet was delivered on time and my aunt loved the arrangement. They made an arrangement with a yellow and pink theme that looked really fabulous. I would use this florist again in a heartbeat and recommend them to others without hesitation, which is the best review I can give.
