I love shopping at Kohl's in Waynesboro because I am at Wilson Workforce and Rehabilitation Center and this is the closest Kohl's near WWRC. I am also a Yes2You Rewards member so I usually get sheets, clothes, etc. from Kohl's if there are deals out there. I take the Brite bus there on Saturdays and/or go with my parents there.
We were trying to return a toaster oven that we had ordered and arrived damaged with a big dent on the top of it. The Kohl's store did not have that model to do an even exchange. Sal was very friendly and diligent in helping us arrive at a solution. He consulted with Violet, and she too was friendly and very helpful. Sharon helped us when we checked out. She made us feel welcome and did her part in resolving the matter. Everyone made us feel like we were important and that we mattered. Nowadays, in general, customer service is a lost art. But I did not find that to be the case at your Waynesboro Virginia Kohl's store.
Great place to shop. Racks are a little close togrther in departments. Thr employees are great, really friendly.
I try to enjoy shopping at Kohls but every time after 20 min. of shopping I begin sweating, the air circulation in that building needs to be addressed. I have been shopping there since its opening at least 75 times, different seasons, and every time I stop shopping so I can get out and get cooled off. Thanks so much for asking because I would love for this to be addressed so I could really enjoy shopping there.
