I have been dealing with EAS for over 30 years. Mark and his staff are very good at what they do. The staff has changed over the years, but Mark is still there. The quality and reliability of a repair shop starts at the top and Mark has always set high standards for his staff. They have worked on all my cars and trucks; VW, Subaru, Toyota, Jaguar, Jeep and Chevy.
They are honest and the prices are fair. You may be able to find a shop that is cheaper, but never one that is better.
My wife and I dropped a 2004 Volvo Suv off on Friday we called them on Tuesday to check on the status of the vehicle and they did not know what the problem was. The vehicles air conditioner stopped working and anti skid warning light was on. After they could not diagnosis the problem we paid $60.00 for them to look at it and dropped it off at the Volvo dealership.
We started our relationship when I brought my Toyota to them when, after multiple tries the dealership could not diagnose, let alone fix, a problem. Mark took it for a drive and brought it back after only a few minutes. The problem was diagnosed properly and fixed. I have rarely used another repair shop since then, usually when I am on the road.
Great service and communication. After another shop made the wrong diagnosis, this shop made the correct call and fixed it at a very reasonable cost. This is a great resource for European, Import car owners.
I would recommend this business to ANYONE with an import vehicle!! They are super knowledgeable, helpful, and fair priced. This will be the only place to work on my BMW from now on.
