I have been a customer for over a decade. Recently I came in for an oil change and a 30k fuel injection service was performed. I came in intending to spend 44.95$ and left having paid 287$! I agreed to the extra service after being told it was routine maintenance. However I was also led to believe it would only be 66.55$ extra. I called to speak with someone about my bill at which time I was told that if i cant tell people what I want, perhaps someone else should bring in my car. For some reason they felt that I had to tell them I wanted the special. No were on any of their promotions does it say I have to tell them I want the special price. Its not a coupon its a special!!! They were so rude, I feel robbed
This, for me , was a no pressure, quality vehicles, easy going shopping type of experience. I dealt with Melissa and she was fantastic! I have shopped a lot of dealerships and this was a very pleasant experience.
Absolutely one of the best truck buying experiences I've ever had. Picked up a 2015 Tacoma TRD Sport in the morning, test drove it for about 7 hours and handled pretty much everything over the phone. Our sales guy Carl Dunbar was fantastic and worked his butt off for us. Will certainly buy again from this dealer. Thanks guys!
great service dept, they know there stuff and would go back again. I looked at a car with them also got me approved but didn't have the color I was looking for. still searching around and will be back to them soon.. A++ dealer
The only problem with the whole process was they couldn't find my part after telling me it was there. The service department was great. Parts department needs improving.
