Arrived over an hour befor closing last night. Promptly seated in an empty section with available seating in sections with other diners. We were not dirty and were dressed better than some. Our server took our drink orders right away. Then was in no hurry to take our food order. Took about 15 minutes to get the salad and appetizer. Then another 10 to 13 minutes to get a too done hamburger and a steak that had so much pepper on it that I couldn't eat it. Baked potato was just barely warm enough to melt the butter. We had to go to the greeter to get our check, since our server obviously knew our meal was not worth paying for! Never again!
This was not a good idea to come to your restaurant! We had 2 couples and our waitress could not get our orders right on the bills. I had the mid-size prime rib, and after trimming off all the fat it was quite smaller than the small cut my friend had ordered. The veggies were undercooked. After adjusting the 2 bills 3 times, our's was still wrong! This place needs to do a whole lot of training the staff. We won't be back for sure.
The only good thing about this was the wait staff. They were very helpful and attentive but not overbearing. However, we were here for almost two hours. We had to send a prime rib back twice and it came back dry. We had to send a 6 oz sirloin back three times. It was overcooked, then severely undercooked, and it was still cold when I accepted it the last time. The manager was horrible. He was sarcastic about everything and still charged us for everything. We ended up paying $70.00+ for food that wasn't cooked properly. All in all, won't be returning. The wait staff was absolutely wonderful but the manager and the food was terrible enough to where it isn't worth the money.
Hit or miss. Sometimes the service is awesome sometimes it’s horrid. Order your steak one level down for doneness.
Call the head for a 5:30 reservation for 16 people got there at 5:30 on time and our tables were not ready. The place is going downhill the ashtrays out front are overflowing the waiting area seating is ripped up. I must say our waitress was excellent I wish I could remember her name.
